Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer standard shipping throughout the United States. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options may be available for an additional charge.
International Shipping
At this time, Harmonix only ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Harmonix is not responsible for delays, lost items, or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
